The Holy Spirit is also the master of the beautiful tradition of prayer.

In this retreat, we will draw inspiration from Ignatian spirituality, alongside classical sources, to explore how the Holy Spirit invites us to pray as a deeper source of strength for our lives. Prayer experiences will include adaptations of the Liturgy of the Hours, Lectio Divina, Visio Divina, and Emmaus walk. They will also cover how Ignatian spirituality uniquely invokes our attention to the senses and imagination to recognize the Holy Spirit’s movement.
