Can we draw on our faith to help us overcome our fears (“life traps”), insecurities, and to heal our wounded selves? Through guided imagery, individual and group prayer expeiences, you will be provided with spiritual strategies to help identify “life traps,” their origins as spiritual hunger, and most importantly how to pray through them to enjoy the freedom that comes with living for yourself, others and God.
